Our leisure batteries had failed so we emailed ABRI advising we were coming and what our problem was. On arrival, they acknowledged us from our email, checked out our batteries and advised of suitable replacements (in good English!). We then changed them with tools provided by ABRI and they even checked we'd done it correctly. Excellent service, excellent communication and support and a fair price. We are extremely satisfied customers.

First class service from this company.We had the caravan holiday from hell. The leisure battery charger failed and the fridge wouldn’t work on electricity. The mirror strap attachment broke and then the tyres went! We did not spend a great deal of money with this company, but would have if necessary. They gave us loads of advice that resulting in us getting the fridge to work again. They could not supply us with tyres but gave us the information as to where we could obtain them. All of the staff we spoke to were charming and really helpful.if ai could give them ten stars I would.

I went to L'Abri Services to get a replacement Truma Ultraflow Pump for my caravan. M. François PLANTIVE didn't have one in stock but he did have a similar pump head (the defective part) which he fittted to my Truma hose and connector. With my abysmal French and his patience we communicated effectively. The result is that I now have a fully functioning water pump for €17.70 against the cost a new Truma unit at £49.00 in the UK!! I throughly recommend this shop to anyone needing anything for their caravan or motorhome.
